At Labyrinth Studios we are equipped with a state of the art recording studio space, consisting of a large live room and control room. Vibrant and well acoustically treated, it’s the perfect space to feel at home capturing your music in recorded form, knowing the end result will sound great!
Whilst we agree with the saying ‘gear isn’t everything’ we do also have some nice equipment! We are running Pro Tools 12 with a Waves Soundgrid server and a Behringer X32 and Icon Qcon control surfaces as our front end. We have some nice preamps, outboard, plugins and microphones (Neumann, AKG, Shure, Aston & more) – check out our gear list here for a comprehensive run down of our main equipment.

How to find us:
We are located just on the outskirts of the heart of Nottingham city centre, near Sneinton. We’re easy to find and you can follow the below Google Maps directions or pop NG3 1JH into your satnav! As we are in a shared building on the first floor, we’ll either be there to greet you when you arrive, or you can give us a call to let us know when you are here.
We are on the first floor of Roden House, so one flight of stairs up from the main building entrance, or take the lift up to the 1st floor. Upon reaching the 1st floor, we are to the right down the corridor, through the blue double doors, and there you will see our entrance (which has our studio sign on the front doors.)
We have limited on-street parking for loading in and out and a first come first serve car park across the street. There is also a council owned carpark nearby (Sneinton Market car park, Aberdeen Street) or Motorpoint arena car park for longer stays. For loading in we are always on hand to help you bring your gear in!
Loading in (and disabled access):
We are in a shared building on the first floor, so there are some stairs to climb. Otherwise it’s a flat and smooth load in, with wide doorways. We are happy to help if you need us to with bringing your gear in. For disabled access there is a lift up to the first floor, and once in the studio there are no steps or stairs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding disabled access please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
